Uju started modelling in 2009. She was discovered by media personality Denrele Edun in Enugu State, before moving to Lagos to pursue a professional career in modelling. In 2014 she emerged as the MTN model of the year and her career has blossomed ever since. Uju has landed numerous magazine covers and is face of fashion brand Orange Culture. In 2016, she was also nominated in the Fashion Model category at the 2016 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.
